Northern Ireland Environment Link (NIEL) is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager.

This key role role will review all operating procedures for the organisation, including all aspects of organisational governance. The post-holder will liaise with membership, ensuring that NIEL is fulfilling needs of current members and expanding the membership as appropriate. They will review communications and promotion, and will investigate and develop new and innovative funding options for the organisation, membership and wider sector.

This post is funded by National Lottery Community Fund, through its Dormant Accounts programme, for 18 months, 37.5 hours per week. The Operations Manager will be responsible to the NIEL CEO.

Grade Equivalent to NICS Staff Officer Accountant £35,099 – £36,581
